When you submit a loan application to us, you should know that as part of processing your application and/or servicing your loan, we collect personal and financial information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you, in the form of applications or other related forms;
• Information about your transactions with us and our affiliates or others;
• Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies. This additional information is needed as part of the mortgage process.
